This allows us to answer any questions the clients may have about the property, helps us screen prospective tenants, and keeps your property secure. We do thorough background checks on all applicants before the lease is negotiated and signed. This method has proven itself to be extremely accurate in obtaining qualified tenants. Our owners receive detailed statements showing monthly account activity and year-to-date totals for all properties. We disburse funds to the owner and report maintenance activity to our owners in a detailed computerized statement. Invoices for maintenance are attached to the report.
